Scambaiting
What is scambaiting?
Scambaiting is the practice, or art, of engaging with scam artists and faking interest in their scam either to
waste the scammer's time or obtain incriminating information on the scammer or a number of other reasons. Some of
the best examples of scambaiting are simply humorous where the goal is to expose the scammer and a get a good
laugh at how they try to pull off a scam.
If you have ever engaged with a scammer to draw out what they are really doing or just to make them look silly we
would like to read and possibly display your scambaiting on our site. Please forward the email chain to us at
scambaiting@suspectedscammers.com.
We may edit and shorten the length of your submission and not all will get posted on our site but the best will be displayed below or on their own page at Suspected Scammers. We will delete your real address but we will leave scammer's real address for all to view.
We at Suspected Scammers do not promote scambaiting and we do not encourage people to engage in scambaiting. If you have a humorous email chain relating to scambaiting that has already taken place we would like to read it and publish it on this page for informational, albeit humorous, purposes only.
